Our Story
A vision for a stronger Samoa, built with its people and rooted in everything that makes the islands extraordinary.
Tula'i began with a simple belief: Samoa has the potential to build its future on its own strengths while connecting those strengths with the best ideas, technologies, capital and expertise the world can offer.
We saw extraordinary opportunity — a nation rich in culture, community, natural beauty and human potential, yet facing many of the same challenges confronting island nations around the world: energy dependence, geographic isolation, infrastructure constraints, access to capital and the need to create meaningful opportunities for the next generation.
We believed these challenges could be approached differently.
And Tula'i was born.
Our story is therefore not simply the story of a company.
It is the story of bringing people together around a shared purpose — connecting Samoan leadership and communities with international technology, investment, engineering and expertise to develop solutions designed specifically for Samoa.
